Seun Kuti, youngest son of Afrobeats Legend Fela Anikulapo Kuti has revealed how he encouraged social media celebrity, Vincent Martins Otse popularly known as VeryDarkMan to expose cross dresser, Idris Okuneye also known as Bobrisky.
Bobrisky had claimed in a leaked phone conversation published by VeryDarkMan that he spent his six months prison time in a private apartment after bribing officials.
The cross dresser also alleged in the leaked phone conversation that he paid officials of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) N15m to have the serious offence of money laundering dropped against him.
But Bobrisky in a reaction on his instagram handle, denied the claims on Wednesday morning, saying that the viral recording was fake because he served his term in prison.
Reacting, Seun Kuti revealed that he was the one who urged VeryDarkMan to expose Bobrisky after getting wind about the existence of the recording.
Speaking during an Instagram live session, Kuti said, “You people are late to the party, I was the first person VeryDarkMan informed about the story. I gave him the go-ahead to expose Bobrisky.”
Meanwhile, Bobrisky and VeryDarkMan were invited to the EFCC’s Lagos State office to provide information and assist with the ongoing investigation.
