Ozil, a World Cup winner with Germany in 2014, believes The Three Lions of England will win the 2022 World Cup in Qatar

Former Arsenal playmaker Mesut Ozil thinks Liverpool will fall short in their quest to win a phenomenal quadruple this season.
The Reds side are still capable of winning four trophies after they lifted the Carabao Cup last month.
However, Ozil, in a social media post on Tuesday, indicated that Manchester City will go ahead to win the domestic title in England ahead of Liverpool.
Pep Guardiola’s men currently hold a mere one-point advantage over the Reds in second place and will face them in the semi-finals of the FA Cup, as well as the first Premier League match after the international break.

Ozil, however, predicted Liverpool will win their seventh Champions League crown this season. They have been drawn against Benfica in the rounds of eight and will need to overcome either Bayern or Villarreal in the semis if they are to qualify for the final in Paris.
Ozil – a World Cup winner in 2014 – also threw his weight behind the Three Lions to win the World Cup in Qatar later this year.
England came close to winning last summer’s European championships, they knocked Germany out on their route to the final, which they lost via a dramatic penalty shoot-out to Italy at Wembley.
Gareth Southgate’s men have booked a place at the 2022 Qatar World Cup which starts in November and Ozil believes they will go one step further after coming close at the European championships last year.
