A former BBNaija star, Beatrice Agba Nwaji, has disclosed how she survived suicide thrice in 2019.
Suicide, which is the act of taking one’s life, could be triggered by suicidal thought or suicide ideation.
According to Medical News Today, Suicidal thought refers to thinking about or planning suicide. The journal explains that the thoughts can range from creating a detailed plan to having a fleeting consideration. But suicidal thought does not include the final act of suicide.
