The Federal High Court, trying Nnamdi Kanu, has adjourned sitting to November 10, 2021.
The trial judge, Justice Binta Nyako, gave the ruling at the resumed sitting of the court on Thursday, October 21, 2021.
Justice Nyako however refused the plea by Kanu’ s Lawyer Ifeanyi Ejiofor to transfer the IPOB leader from Department of State Services (DSS) DSS facilities to Prison custody.
