Trump: End of an error, not end of the terror

Donald Trump joins Pharaoh, Herod and other tyrants, who ill-treated people’s kids for political gain, in the garbage dump of history.

The most incompetent occupant is to be replaced by the most competent occupant ever of the White House!

President Biden will be noted as the man who gave up his presidential ambition in 2016 in honour of his dead son but still got it four years later. Humility pays! God resists the proud.

What America needs right now is healing not injury and Americans have elected and rejected the face of either respectively.

Biden’s Real Prolife stance won the elections.
Biden asked voters to stay safe from the COVID-19 pandemic by mail voting. Trump on the other hand didn’t care about people’s safety and held contagious rallies asking people to vote in person.
The mail in votes won the election for Biden! Lesson: don’t put your personal ambition above human lives as President Jonathan Goodluck wisely counseled.

Trump and his family undertook a “hostile takeover” of the Republican Party. But the American people stopped them from a hostile take down of our democracy in November 2020. Future history books will record this as the only positive thing that happened in 2020.

In fairness, Trump’s administration has spoken out against persecution in Nigeria like no other but I love USA so I am unwilling to see her destroyed just because of what I can get out of her. Even a dead clock is right at least once a day as Trump was.

If my love for America was selfish, I would back Trump. But that would mean sacrificing America for the sake of a few statements on Nigeria.

America needs to be the America of its promise so that Nigeria can be the Nigeria of it’s potential and the world can be the world of our aspirations.

So Trump says Nigeria is persecuting Christians but he himself has banned Nigerians from the US. How is that not hypocritical? A racist cannot accuse an Islamist of hating the same person he himself hates!

That Nigerians are supporting Trump shows they haven’t learnt any lesson from Buhari. Buhari used religion to entice both Muslims and Christians to vote for him. We are all witnesses of the disaster that occurred after we allowed ourselves to be used unless we’re still in self-deceit!

Trump is an evil, corrupt, hateful and godless person who has bewitched the American church to sacrifice their faith on the altar of partisan political ambition. But we must not be shocked – the Pharisees led the people to vote for a thief instead of Christ so political manipulation of religion has been with us for long.

We must not fall for the doctrines of manipulative men who love fetuses they can’t see but hate people that they see; who didn’t save the life of one fetus in four years but caused a quarter of a million American souls to perish in 2020 alone. Even Nigeria under Buhari managed the pandemic well and is at less than 1300 total deaths which is the number of US  deaths in 36 hours.

The list of Trump actions on Nigeria are self-evident:

1. January 2020 banned Nigerians from immigrating to America

2. September 2020 introduced policy limiting Nigerian students to two-year stay in America

3. April 2020 opposed second term for Dr Adesina as President of ADB

4. October 2020 opposed appointment of Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala – a Nigerian American – as DG of WTO in favor of a Korean non-US citizen

Biden didn’t win – America, democracy, character and decency won! Kudos to all who stood for these. This was a peaceful American people power revolution.

This is the end of an error but unfortunately not the end of the terror.
