The Rivers State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja has sacked incumbent Governor Nyesom Wike and ordered fresh election within 90 days.
The tribunal ruled that Wike of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) did not win the April 11, 2015 governorship poll in the state.
The tribunal ordered that fresh elections should be conducted within 90 days in the state.
