UEFA listed seven of the Manchester City players who went all the way to lift the highly coveted trophy in the starting XI

The Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) has unveiled the Champions League Team of the Season for 2022/2023.
TheNiche earlier reported that Premier League champions, Man City defeated Serie A club, Inter Milan 1-0 in the final of the competition played in Istanbul, Turkey on Saturday night.
With the win, The Citizens lifted the trophy for the first time in their history, they also became the second English team to ever win the Treble of Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League in the same season after local rivals, Man United.
However, in the final list which was made available by UEFA recently, Real Madrid’s goalkeeper, Thibaut Courtois, was selected as the shot stopper between the sticks.

Apart from the goalkeeper, Los Blancos who were eliminated by City in the semi-finals stage were also represented by Brazil winger, Vinicius Junior.
Manchester City, who went all the way to lift the highly coveted trophy provided seven of the starting XI of the team named.
While Inter Milan, who were the losing finalists, also have two defenders in the squad.
