The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has scheduled the long-awaited meetings of its National Caucus and National Executive Committee (NEC), which were previously postponed last year.

The meetings will now take place next week, with the National Caucus meeting set for Tuesday, February 25, 2025, and the NEC gathering scheduled for Wednesday, February 26, 2025, according to The Punch.

Originally planned for September 11 and 12, 2024, in Abuja, the sessions were abruptly cancelled without explanation. This delay had raised concerns within the party over when the crucial NEC meeting would be rescheduled.

However, a leaked memo from the APC secretariat has confirmed the new dates for both gatherings.
