RB Leipzig striker and Germany international, Timo Werner is ready for a return to the English Premier League (EPL) after he was scheduled to undergo a medical ahead of a loan move to North London outfit, Tottenham.
This was made known by popular Italian journalist and transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano on his X handle (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday morning.
According to him, all documents have been signed by Tottenham and RB Leipzig after they reached an agreement on a €17 million buy option.

Speaking via his social media page, Romano tweeted: “Timo Werner, on his way to complete the final part of his medical tests as new Tottenham player.
“All documents are ready and set to be signed between Spurs and RB Leipzig. Buy option clause: €17m.”

While donning the Blues jersey, the 27-year-old German striker played 56 games in all competitions and scored just 10 goal during the period.
