Three Edo commissioners dump Obaseki, endorse Ize-Iyamu

Governor Godwin Obaseki has lost three of his commissioners serving in the Edo State Oil and Gas Producing Area Development Commission (EDOSOGPADEC) to Osagie Ize-Iyamu, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the September 19 election.
The Commissioners include; Prince Emmanuel Odigie – the commissioner representing Edo Central, Alhaji Aiwanu Oshiomhole and Osamwoniyi Atu, the commissioners representing Edo North.
As if the bleeding was not enough, a Special Adviser in the government of Obaseki, Bright Njor of the Ugbeka Ward 03, has resigned.
The resigned commissioners and Special Adviser said they resigned to support the candidate of the APC, Osagie Ize-Iyamu.
