North London outfit Tottenham Hotspur, also known as Spurs, have reached an agreement with Manchester City to sign Brazilian winger Savinho for £75m, with a further £10m available in potential add-ons.
This was disclosed on Friday morning by football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano in a post shared on his official X page.
Announcing the agreement, the Italian journalist wrote: “Savinho’s move will cost Spurs a fee in excess of £75m, expected to reach a package over £80m with add-ons.”
Savinho, 22, is now expected to undergo a medical and complete his move to Spurs, where he will sign a long-term contract.
Tottenham had previously failed in an attempt to sign the winger last summer after he ultimately chose to remain at Manchester City. However, his opportunities were limited last season as he made just seven Premier League starts for the Manchester club.

Meanwhile, talks over a potential deal for Savinho’s Manchester City teammate Omar Marmoush are progressing positively.
The Egypt international, who joined City from Eintracht Frankfurt for £59m in 2025, fell down the pecking order last season and could now be available for a move.
Speaking on the potential transfer, Romano added: “#THFC also accelerating to get Omar Marmoush deal done next.”
Tottenham head coach Roberto De Zerbi has already spent heavily this summer, with the club investing £185m in midfielders Mateus Fernandes from West Ham and Sandro Tonali from Newcastle.
Savinho and Marmoush’s arrival will take Spurs’ spending beyond £300m, although the club have recouped around £140m through the sales of Cristian Romero, Djed Spence, and Luka Vuskovic.
Spurs also retain an interest in Liverpool forward Cody Gakpo, although it remains unclear whether they can finance a deal for the Netherlands international alongside potential moves for Marmoush and Savinho.
