Human rights activist, publisher and politician, Omoyele Sowore has taken to social media to berate President Bola Tinubu, describing him a “terrible president”.
The former presidential candidate made his feelings known in a recent post he shared on his official X page.
According to Sowore, Tinubu has ruined Nigeria’s economy, stressing that 7.2 million businesses have closed down since assuming power.
He also accused the incumbent president of formulating bad economic policies that are killing the naira.
He went on to urge Nigerians to recognize this, rise, and fight back very strongly.
Speaking via his verified social media handle, Sowore tweeted, “Mr. Tinubu has ruined the Nigerian economy, with 7.2 million businesses closed since he brought his bad economics to hunt down and kill the Naira, inflation at its worst, no jobs, no food, wages/salaries can’t last most workers a week.
“Food prices, rent, medication, energy tariffs, telecoms, and tariffs are damn unaffordable- this man came to finish Nigeria.
“Nigerians must recognize this, rise, and fight back very strongly. We have NO time! #TinubuIsaTerriblePresident #RevolutionNow.”
