Sinner with the victory has now avenged his brutal French Open defeat by Alcaraz 35 days ago.

Italian tennis star, Jannik Sinner on Sunday beat his Spaniard counterpart, Carlos Alcaraz to win his first Wimbledon title of his career.
The world number one defeated Alcaraz in a high-quality Grand Slam final played at the at the All England Club after
claimed a 4-6 6-4 6-4 6-4 victory.
Sinner during the encounter stayed ice cool after losing the first set, with the momentum quickly shifting, and he was not broken once in the final three sets.
The 23-year-old with the win has now avenged his brutal French Open defeat by the Spanish world number two Alcaraz just 35 days ago.

The Italian led by two sets- and held three championship points on that occasion bit Alcaraz roared back to win a five-set classic lasting more than five hours.
Speaking after the win, Sinner said he was “living his dream”, prompting an eruption of cheers from the Centre Court crowd.
“An amazing tournament, thank you for the player you are,” he said to Alcaraz. “It is so difficult to play against you.”
“I am going to keep hold of this (trophy), you have two already!”
