Human rights activist and former federal lawmaker, Shehu Sani has alleged that recently reinstated Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II supported and encouraged tyranny in Kaduna State.

Sanusi, who became an Emir after his tenure as governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) was in March 2020 dethroned by the immediate past governor of Kano State, Abdullahi Ganduje.
