Senator Orji Kalu greets former Abia finance commissioner Dr. Philip Nto on birthday
The Senator representing Abia North Senatorial District and former Governor of Abia State, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, has congratulated former Abia State Commissioner for Finance and Economic Planning, Dr. Philip Nto, on the occasion of his birthday, which falls on October 28.
In a statement he personally signed on Tuesday, Kalu extended his warm felicitations to Nto on behalf of the people of Abia North Senatorial District, wishing him good health, long life and continued success in his endeavours.
The former governor acknowledged Nto’s contributions to public service, particularly his experience in financial management, public administration and economic development.
