Nollywood actor and former Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) housemate, Adeoluwa Okusaga, popularly known as Saga, has revealed that his colleagues encouraged him to take part in the popular reality TV show after noticing his potential.
He made this known recently while appearing as a guest on a programme on Channels Television.
Saga participated in Season 6 of the Big Brother Naija reality show in 2021 and was evicted in the ninth week. Following his exit from the show, he launched his acting career and has since starred in a dozen movies.

While speaking during his latest interview, Saga, who worked as an engineer before finding stardom, disclosed that he entered the reality show specifically to launch his entertainment career.
He said, “I went to Big Brother Naija to launch my career as an entertainer. I am an engineer. My colleagues at work begged me to go for Big Brother Nigeria; they said I would do well”.
The 32-year-old thespian further claimed that engineers excel in the entertainment industry because they are naturally creative.
He added, “As an engineer, you have to have a powerful imagination, understanding, and skill. A lot of artists like Da Vinci ended up as engineers because it’s a parallel”.
