He expressed his concerns over the development on Tuesday, October 20, in a now-trending post he shared on his official X page.

His remarks come as political parties in the country intensify campaigning and seek votes from Nigerians as the 2027 general elections approach.

According to Sabinus, Nigerians who demand accountability from these politicians and their leaders are often bullied and told to mind their business.

He went on to question when citizens of the country will unite to demand accountability and the rights and benefits they believe they are being denied by those in positions of authority.

Taking to his verified handle, Sabinus wrote: “A lot is going on in this country and we’re just keeping quiet. You demand good governance, they tell you to mind your business.

”You try to mind your business, they still insult you. When are we going to come together as one and demand what we’re owed?”
