Former Tottenham Hotspur manager, Harry Redknapp has wadded into the debate on the possible destination of Ipswich Town striker, Liam Delap next season, saying the forward is an upgrade on Chelsea’s Nicolas Jackson.
He made this known recently while speaking with BetVictor.
Delap, 22, has enjoyed a decent first season in the Premier League.
He has netted 12 Premier League goals for Ipswich Town this season.
He has been linked with Premier League giants, Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United.

However, while speaking on the club Delap is likely to sign for after his team suffered relegation, Redknapp said he is likely heading to Stamford Bridge.
He went on to say Arsenal could also sign the Ipswich striker because they are desperate to get a striker.
He said, “I have heard that Chelsea are quite hot on Liam Delap – I could see him going to Stamford Bridge this summer.
“I also wonder if Arsenal would take a chance on him too because they are also looking for a striker.
“I would say Delap is an upgrade on Nicolas Jackson if Chelsea were to move for him.”
