Paris St Germain lost a 2-0 aggregate lead after French Striker Kareem Benzema scored three goals in 17 minutes in the second half.
Real Madrid went behind at Estadio Santiago Bernabeu in the 39th minute when Neymar cut their defence open with a through pass which Kylian Mbappe finished to give PSG a 1-0 lead.
However, a mistake by PSG goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma proved the catalyst for a dramatic recovery for Real Madrid with Benzema profiting from his error.

Real Madrid went ahead for the first time in the game in the 76th minute when Benzema finished off a clever assist from Luka Modric to make it 2-1 to the home side.
Benzema scored a hattrick in the 78th minute to win the game for Real Madrid, who qualified for the rounds of 8 on 3-2 aggregate.
