He won football’s most prestigious individual prize at the ceremony held in Paris, France on Monday night.

His performances were central to PSG’s historic campaign, as the club lifted the UEFA Champions League for the first time, alongside winning the Ligue 1 title and the Coupe de France.
Dembele won the coveted individual prize ahead of Barcelona striker, Lamine Yamal.
With the feat, he takes over from Manchester City’s Rodri, who won it ahead of Real Madrid winger, Vinicius Junior last year.
