 78. Love Lost I

Love lost!

Yet another one;

this my heart arches.

And it is finished.

Now I hang my desire;

come to never came,

but heart breaks;

hopes dashed; never come again hopes.

Am through with loves,

since they don’t come my way.

Do they?

I have never met one,

and never will I.

So now am done with them.

As it was in the beginning

so it is,

and ever it shall be

79. Love Lost II

How foolish.

Once upon a time,

I thought;

now I still think

and continue to think.

On wisdom tongues it is not my turn,

yet the heart answers may be.

No, not my turn,

this is the reality

from which I should never drift

Let me wake up

from my thoughtless slumber,

yes let me awake before it is too late.

Let me know it is not mine this love;

and I will never fall in love again.
