Following last weekend’s attacks by herdsmen in villages in Plateau State, President, Living Faith Church, Bishop David Oyedepo, has said that the judgment of God would be upon the perpetrators and their sympathizers.
Oyedepo spoke on Monday, June 25, 2018, at a prayer session of the church held at its headquarters, Canaanland in Otta, Ogun State.
He said that the killer herdsmen whose mission was to wage a Jihad against the church, would fail.
“My God will judge them today because He is angry with the wicked. According to second Thessalonians 1 verse 6, it is a righteous thing to recompense tribulation to them that trouble us. May the curse of the Lord be upon the troublers of the church and this nation, both the supporters and sympathizers.
“May the judgment of God answer in their camp today and by the auction of the Liberation Mandate, I liberate this nation from the hands of the wicked in Jesus Name.
“I stood on this altar and warned Nigerians to beware of their votes during the last election but they wouldn’t listen. Now see what it is resulting to.
“The communities where this act was done are majorly Christians. It is a fight against the church and it is unfair that the government is saying that there is no war and still they are taking over villages killing people. War is looming, but it will be limited to their houses.”
