Phyna takes on Lazarus over his comment, says it’s a “mistake of generalising things”

BB Naija alumna Josephina Otabor (popularly called Phyna) has countered Femi Lazarus, Sphere of Light Church Pastor, for tagging girls who did not grow up knowing fatherly affection as turning out to be “sexually loose” women later in life.

“When a girl has not seen a father’s affection, she becomes sexually loose,” Lazarus said in a recent sermon to his congregation.

Phyna, now an actress and reality television personality, reacted in an X (Twitter) video knocking him for “generalising” because she grew up without a father figure in her life and has never lost her morals.

“Well bcuz I can make the mistake of generalising things now I know better,” she said.

“Some of us that didn’t have a fatherly figure in all our existence, I will talk about me, I grew up well and was never loose sexually. Now I say sorry for the time i generalised my opinion.”

Responding to an X user who disagreed with her in the comment section, on grounds she previously confessed she once committed abortion, Phyna said: “At least I was almost done serving Nigeria as kopa then around 19 to 20 ….”
