Manchester City boss, Pep Guardiola has shared his opinion on which team he thinks is the best in the English Premier League (EPL) this season.
According to the former Bayern Munich boss, the current league leaders, Arsenal have been the best team in the League so far, given the points they have on board.
The Spaniard made the statement ahead of Manchester City’s FA Cup fourth tie at the Etihad tonight against the Gunners, saying that his side will have to be at their best to beat the visitors.
Pep, who once coached La Liga giant, Barcelona, insisted Arsenal’s status as Premier League pacesetters means they are now the best team in England.

Although his opposite number, Arteta feels Manchester City remain the team to beat, Guardiola differs, arguing that his former assistant holds the upper hand.
“A team with 50 points in one leg (half of the season) is the best.
“We have to prove how far away or how close we are. The best way is to perform at our best level, otherwise it will be difficult,” Pep Guardiola said on Thursday.
