Popular TikToker and online streamer Habeeb Hamzat, better known as Peller, has shared his opinion on Nigerian singers, claiming they do not respect local media.
The controversial content creator levelled the allegation recently during a livestream session in Enugu, the capital of Enugu State.
According to Peller, his experiences collaborating with music artists have led him to believe that only a few of them are genuinely kind.
He added that many prefer granting interviews to foreign influencers and media personalities, only turning to Nigerian outlets when their fame begins to dwindle.

However, he identified Davido, Olamide, and Tiwa Savage as exceptions, describing them as welcoming and good-natured.
Speaking with his fans, Peller said: “Nigerian musicians don’t rate local streamers. They will be streaming with Americans, but when they become ‘old-timers’, that’s when they start looking for ‘Naija’ streamers everywhere.”
“I’ve figured out their ‘scope’ [tactic]. Very few Nigerian musicians are kind. Davido, Olamide, and Tiwa Savage are among the few kind ones.”
He further urged Nigerian entertainers, especially musicians, to embrace local media and influencers regardless of their newfound global stardom.
