Ododo/Oyibo’s appointments signal solid leadership, end of opposition’s politics of calumny -Egbolo

Intelligence quotient, emotional quotient, social quotient, adversity quotient and leadership aptitude are instruments of Ododo/Oyibo’s good governance in managing the heterogeneous population and demographic realities of our dear Kogi State.
Recent appointments made by His Excellency Ahmed Usman Ododo define another moment of hope, love, pathfinding and mentorship, assuring Kogites that greatness can emerge from the smallest of places. Ododo/Oyibo are of the belief that no sacrifice is out of proportion when showing love and kindness to their people. The appointments are a symbol of empowerment to citizens within the economic, cultural and political spheres, and a means to broker peace.
The peace-building strategies of the Ododo/Oyibo leadership involve preventive diplomacy, conflict prevention, conflict resolution and peace negotiation. Peace is the fundamental pillar of socioeconomic stability, and Ododo/Oyibo has created the right conditions for lasting peace by building synergy between knowledge and morality in the context of peace grounded in specificity, lawfulness and respect for democratic and other economic institutions.
Kogi State, under the Ododo/Oyibo leadership, is now a good laboratory for the study and analysis of peace, stability and development. Indeed, peace and tranquility are no longer illusive in our dear state. Conflicts and drums of war by opposition parties no longer rage. Our people now live at an optimistic level of governance amid social and economic abundance through political cohesion. Kogites, in a sweet aura of happiness, beam with joy, their faces reflecting hope for development in the state.
Today, the people of our state, including outstanding individuals, intellectuals, women, young people, producers of culture, workers and others who had clamoured for change, are now in social cohesion of life. Ododo/Oyibo are making efforts with every endowed nerve and vein to achieve the wishes of the people of the state.
It is the solemn resolve of His Excellency Ahmed Usman Ododo and his deputy, Comrade Joel Salifu Oyibo, to fight for the economic prosperity of all Kogites in order to entrench social justice, economic cohesion and democratic traditions, relying on foundational ideals. The Ododo/Oyibo leadership guarantees openness, accountability and transparency in administration.
Looking at the various political support groups for Ododo/Oyibo as the Kogi agenda, particularly the Rivers State Support Group and the Kogi East Support Group, led by Comrade Emma Showlove, it is a testament that the Ododo/Oyibo leadership has nothing to fear in leadership continuity.
Emma Showlove has been eloquent regarding the leadership pinnacle of His Excellency Ahmed Usman Ododo and his deputy, Comrade Joel Salifu Oyibo. The Hon. Eunice Achimugu Solidarity Movement for Ododo/Oyibo also gives credence to the mobilisation efforts and the need for continuity as the Kogi agenda.
Kogites now have a profound understanding of the development agenda of the Ododo/Oyibo leadership, anchored on six cardinal areas, namely: peace and security, wealth creation and poverty eradication, infrastructural development, good governance, industrialisation and agriculture. Every Kogite lives in safety, without fear or threat of violence. No form of violence is tolerated, in law or in practice, in any part of the state.
It is incumbent on Kogites to support the government under the leadership of His Excellency Ahmed Usman Ododo and his deputy, Comrade Joel Salifu Oyibo for he who tears the garment of honour wears the mask of disgrace.
