Keeping this body many will die for is not an easy task. In a recent interview with TheNiche on Sunday, the Empire Mates Entertainment (EME) artiste said:
“Looking the way I do now was due to a lot of hard work. Unfortunately, there are no short cuts to staying fit. I have worked out almost every day for the past six years. So my fitness has become second nature. It is more or less a lifestyle now. I’ve conditioned my body; so if I went a whole month without actively working out, I’d be fine. Fitness is also about making healthy choices when it comes to meals and portion sizes”
