N120m at stake, as BBNaija “All Stars” starts July 23

BBNaija “All Star” will feature former reality TV stars from Pepper Dem, Double Wahala, and See Gobe editions

Multichoice Nigeria, organisers of Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) reality TV show at a briefing in Lagos on Friday, July 14, announced that the 8th edition of the popular show will commence on Sunday, July 23. 

The winner of the new edition tagged ‘“BBNaija All Stars” will walk away with a N120 million cash prize and other consolidation prizes.

According to the information made available to pressmen, this year’s show will feature ex-housemates from Pepper Dem, Double Wahala, and See Gobe editions.

The selected TV reality stars from the edition put together without an audition will go head-to-head in the house for the grand prize from July 23 to October 1, 2023.

Famous lawyer and media personality, Ebuka Obi- Uchendu will also return as the anchor of the BBNaija show that will be on air for 70 days. 

However, as a reward for fans this season, thirty lucky fans will win one million each in the fan lock challenge where they have the opportunity to lock in their top three favorite housemates all through the season.

BBNaija is a reality competition television series, based on the Big Brother television franchise, where contestants live in an isolated house and compete to win a large cash prize and other material prizes at the end of the show.

To emerge the winner, each housemate will have to avoid being evicted from the house as viewers vote every week to keep their favourite housemates in the show. 

The first season of the show was first aired on M-Net and DStv Channel 37 from March 5 to June 4, 2006, since then, 6 more editions have taken place.
