Matic, who now plays for Roma, said he believes new manager, Erik ten Hag has brought back a winning mentality to Man United

Serbia international and ex-Manchester United midfielder, Nemanja Matic has said his old club will fight to win the English Premier League (EPL) title next season.
Matic, who failed to win the title with the Red Devils during his five-year stay at Old Trafford, made this known while speaking on Sky Sports recently.
According to the 35-year-old, who now plays for his former manager Jose Mourinho at Serie A club, Roma, Man United’s new manager, Erik ten Hag has brought some progress to the club.

He went on to say he admires the way they now play and how they intend to play going forward under the Dutch manager.
“I like the way he wants to play, I like the way United are playing.
“They have had some ups and downs and that is normal with a new manager.
“But I’m happy with how they have progressed and I think next season they will fight for the title for sure,” Matic said.
Man United currently have 60 points and are fourth on the Premier League log table behind Man City, Arsenal and Newcastle United who occupy the first, second and third positions respectively.
