Man City defeated London club, West Ham United 3-1 at the Etihad Stadium to win a record fourth straight Premier League title on Sunday evening.
Pep Guadiola’s side went into the game Knowing a draw or loss could see second placed Arsenal leapfrog them and lift the title for the first time in 20 years.
As expected Man City opened the scoring in the 1st minute of the match after Phil Foden found the net from out the box
They doubled their advantage in the 18th minute after Foden got his brace of the encounter.
Mohammed Kudus then reduced the deficit for the visitors in 42nd minute before Rodri made it 3-1 for the reigning champions.
The Citizens survived a late scare when West Ham had a second goal ruled out by VAR for handball, but their victory was never seriously in doubt

The win completed a staggering run of 19 wins and four draws since their last defeat in the league, at Aston Villa on 6 December.
City have now won six out of the past seven Premier League titles. Last term, they joined Huddersfield, Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United, twice, in winning the top flight three years in a row.
Now Guardiola’s team have achieved something no other side has managed since the English league was formed in 1888, 136 years ago.
They will now focus on their FA Cup final against local rivals, Man United at the Wembley Stadium on May 25.
Meanwhile, Arsenal’s 2-1 win over Everton in the game at Emirates Stadium was only good enough to help them finish second and earn a Champions League place for the second successive season.
