Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) Season 9 winner, Kellyrae, has revealed that he almost broke up with fellow reality star and wife, Kassia after losing all his money to gambling.
He made this known during a recent candid chat with popular media personality, Chude Jideonwo.
According to the ex-BBNaija housemate, the incident occurred shortly before he and his wife went on the reality show.
He went on to say he became depressed and started considering ending his marriage with Kassia due to the guilt of not being able to provide adequately for her.

He, however, added that his wife came to his rescue and stood by him during the difficult times.
Speaking during the interview, Kellyrae said, “I had some money but because I wanted more, the money was not enough; I started gambling with it and then lost it all. I was depressed. Every night, I was awake, thinking. Then she [Kassia] was the one who came to my rescue.
“I was thinking one day; I called her and said, let’s just break up. I feel I don’t have what it takes to really care for you because I feel guilty most of the time that there are things I’m supposed to be doing.”
