The swearing-in ceremony of Justice John Terhemba Tsoho as the new Acting Chief Judge of the Federal High Court was held by Friday, July 26 inside the Chamber of Supreme Court of Nigeria.
The Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN) Justice Ibrahim Tanko Mohammad administered the oath of office and allegiance to Justice Tsoho.
Justice Tsoho succeeds Justice Abdu Kafarati who retired on Thursday, July 25, after attaining the statutory age of 65 years.
