The Independent National Electoral Commission’s National Commissioner, Mrs. May Agbamuche-Mbu, on Wednesday presented the Certificate of Return to the Governor-Elect of Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodinma.
Emeka Ihedioha was sacked on Tuesday by the Supreme Court which also ordered that Uzodinma be given a new C-o-R and be sworn in immediately.

While Uzodinma is of the ruling All Progressives Congress, Ihedioha was the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in the March 9, 2019 governorship election in Imo.
Uzodinma’s ascension to power had been rightly predicted by controversial Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka of the Adoration Ministries Enugu.
Of course, many had doubted his prediction and even called him names until it came to pass.
