Group endorses Akeredolu for second term, donates Hilux trucks

Leaders  of the All Progressives Congress in Akoko North West local government area of Ondo state under the umbrella of Democratic Network for Aketi has adopted  Governor  Oluwarotimi Akeredolu for second term in office

The group in a meeting held at Oyin Akoko yesterday promised to deliver at least 80 to 90 percent of the votes in the area to Governor Akeredolu

Similarly, a meeting comprising all the Leaders and Elders of the party in the council had also been held at Okeagbe Akoko adopting the Akeredolu for second term in office

While speaking, the leader of Democratic Network for Aketi, Rear Admiral Samuel Ilesanmi Alade (Rtd) stressed that all hands must be on the deck to ensure that Governor win the party  primary and also return to office come October 2020.

To ensure smooth running of activities for Akeredolu’s second term in Akoko North West Local Government Area, Alade present customized three Hilux trucks to constituency 1 and Constituency 2 and the third truck to the Democratic Network for Aketi Secretariat.

“I want to advice that as Leaders in our respective areas, we should be enlightened to educate others and if anyone is having misunderstanding or issue in their wards or units should make it known for settlement as soon as possible,” he said.

He also advised all wards chairmen and units chairmen to employ their people for house to house campaign.

He implored them that all materials needed will be provided in due course so as to make their work ease.

He therefore solicited for the support of the people in the area so that the governor could continue the developmental project he has started.
