Popular Nigerian gospel musician, Osinachi Nwachukwu has passed on after battling an undisclosed ailment for some months.
TheNiche gathered that the talented singer died on Friday evening, April 8, 2022, in a hospital in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory.
Osinachi, who sang mostly in Igbo, was famous for the hit song ‘Ekwueme’ by Prospa Ochimana, released in 2017.
The great worshipper also featured in some gospel hit songs such as ‘Nara Ekele’ by Pastor Paul Enenche and ‘You no dey use me play’ by Emma.

Her last release was in September last year when she released ‘Ikem, God of Power’.
The ‘Ekwueme’ crooner is survived by four children and her husband Peter, who is said to be a clergyman.
She was the twin sister of another popular gospel artist, Amarachi Grace Eze .
Members of the online community have reacted to the news of her death, while some expressed shock because she died in her prime.
Others said they will miss her melodious voice and beautiful songs, which they are now accustomed to, they also prayed for the repose of her soul.
