Nigerian gospel singer, worship leader, and songwriter Moses Uyoh Enang, popularly known as Moses Bliss, has narrated how his wife, Marie Enang, survived an unknown ailment, adding that at one stage, “she couldn’t breathe”.

He shared the experience during his recent ministration at the Mountain Experience programme in Abuja, which has since trended on X.

According to the 31-year-old artist, the illness initially manifested as pain in one side of her body and her back.

While testifying to the power of God, he added that Marie eventually began having difficulty breathing.

He went on to explain that hospitals could not diagnose what was wrong with his wife, despite her undergoing multiple tests.

He revealed, however, that the undiagnosed illness was overcome through prayer following an encounter with God.

Speaking in the now-viral video, Bliss said: “My wife and I were in the UK, and all of a sudden—we don’t know when the devil came—my wife became ill. One side of her body was paining her, her back was also paining her, and before you knew it, she could not breathe very well.

“It became so serious that we had to take her to the hospital, and doctors said they didn’t know the cause.

“They were doing all sorts of tests and they did not know what was going on, and I started crying. I had to quickly rush down to Nigeria for a programme. On the flight back to London, the Spirit of God told me: ‘What are you waiting for? Are you not going to put an end to this nonsense, to this harassment? Who are you waiting for?’

“So, when I got to the hospital, I started praying with my wife and pumping the Word of God into her heart. While on my way home, she called me to say that she had been discharged.”
