Bayern Munich winger Serge Gnabry has sounded a note of warning to his teammates ahead of their UEFA Champions League (UCL) clash against Real Madrid, urging them to watch out for three specific players.

The 30-year-old former Arsenal forward issued the caution during a recent interview with Tribuna.

Real Madrid will host Bayern Munich in the Champions League quarter-final first-leg tie at the Santiago Bernabéu on Tuesday night.

Los Blancos head into the game following a 2-1 defeat to Mallorca in La Liga at the weekend, while Vincent Kompany’s side defeated Freiburg 3-2 in the Bundesliga.

However, while discussing the fascinating encounter, Gnabry warned the Bavarians to be careful of the likes of Vinícius, Kylian Mbappé and Brahim Díaz when the teams meet.

He added that they would have a very difficult night in Spain if they allowed those players to “do their thing.”

“Real Madrid have incredible, very talented players. Especially in attack, but also in defence, of course,” Gnabry said.

“Their attack with Vinícius and Mbappé is certainly outstanding. Brahim Díaz has also been playing very well lately. We obviously have to be careful not to let them do their thing.”
