Galatasaray signed Nigerian international, Osimhen on loan from Serie A club, Napoli last season.

Turkish giants, Galatasaray are planning to sign Newcastle United striker, Alexander Isak if they are unable to convince Napoli forward, Victor Osimhen to make his deal with the club permanent.
This development was made known on Monday in a post shared on X by popular sports presenter, Volkan Kılıç.
In the now trending tweet, Kılıç noted that the Turkish club are aware that landing Isak won’t be easy but are willing to explore the possibility.

Speaking via his verified social media handle he wrote: “Galatasaray will contact Newcastle United’s star player Alexander Isak if the Victor Osimhen transfer is unsuccessful.
“Although the possibility of a transfer seems very difficult, Galatasaray plans to push this possibility.”
Isak scored 27 goals and provided 6 assists in 42 matches last season for Newcastle.
The 25-year-old’s contract with the Premier League club will expire in June 2028.
Osimhen, on the other hand, had a successful loan spell at Galatasaray and the Nigerian intentional is yet to decide his future.
