The first bank of Nigeria has reacted to a Twitter user who tried to shade the bank for what he called poor service delivery.

The user who is simply known as Chemical Broda, using video meme, said First Bank will send its elephant to ask you why you withdrew all your money from your First Bank account.
The bank, using the same video meme, responded immediately and said it will only send their elephant when fraudsters try to hack into his account.
Twitter users commended the bank for its epic response saying the response was apt, timely and also shows the bank is on top of its game and takes customer engagement seriously.
