OAU LSS President Kayode Matthew said the LSS is not waiting for the future but already shaping it, as the conference was organised to shape the next generation of Nigeria’s legal elite and to ignite change.

He disclosed that his tenure has recorded more than 20 achievements, including:

  • Rallying OAU LSS members to raise over N40 million emergency solidarity fund within 72 hours for a fellow student in urgent medical crisis.
  • Facilitating paid legal internship scheme for members in form of economic empowerment and legal training at the same time.
