A former chairman of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), Dr Sam Amadi, has scolded the parents of the little girl involved in sexual activity with about five boys of her age, saying they provided her with the gadget that facilitated the act.

Amadi also faulted the decision of Chrisland Schools for taking the children to Dubai, wondering what is there to learn in Dubai that couldn’t be learned in any part of Nigeria.

In a Facebook post, Amadi said parents and schools should be blamed for the moral decadence in the society.

He wondered why the management of Chrisland selected Dubai in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for the excursion.

“Must school kids go to Dubai for excursions? What are they learning on excursions that they cannot learn in Kano or Port Harcourt?

“We give kids gadgets beyond their level and allow them access to all sites in the name of enlightenment because we have to show we have made it?

“Now, sadly as parents and schools we are getting what our foolishness buys for us”, Amadi added.

The Lagos government has shutdown all Chrsiland Schools after the sextape leaked.

The Police also announced that it is commencing investigation and might seek the assistance of International Police (Interpol) to unravel of the extent of the misconduct.
