Card Reader malfunction, heavy downpour delay vote of ZPL, PDP candidates

Zenith Labour Party ZLP candidate, Agboola Ajayi and the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Eyitayo Jegede, are yet to vote as at the time of filing this report due to rain and malfunction of the card readers.

However,  Ajayi was appealed to voters to be patient and wait for INEC to sort itself out and for the rain to subside.

While waiting to cast his vote, the ZLP candidate promised to do well in the election, adding that as the deputy governor from the Southern part of Ondo, he has the pedigree and charisma to earn more votes than other contestants.
