President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday October 8, 2020, arrived the National Assembly for presentation of the 2021 budget.
A source said that he arrived at exactly 11:03am through the lower entrance of the zero floor.
It was the first time the President came through the entrance having always entered the Chamber through the basement.
