The Court of Appeal sitting in Owerri on Thursday affirmed the victory of Senator Rochas Okorocha, of Imo West senatorial district.
Okorocha contested on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The chairman of the panel, Justice R.A Ada, who read the judgment said that the appeals filed by Senator Osita Izunaso of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) and Jones Onyereri of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) against Okorocha lacked merit.
