BBNaija stars, Doyin, Tacha slam Wizkid after shading Don Jazzy

Doyin while chastising the ‘Ojuelegba’ crooner, told him to stop chasing clout on social media and focus on releasing songs

Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) reality star and podcast host, Doyinsola David, better known as Doyin, has blasted ace singer, Ayodeji Balogun aka Wizkid, following his social media rants on Monday.

Taking to her Instagram page, she lashed out at the ‘Ojuelegba’ crooner for aiming digs at his colleague, Davido and popular music producer, Don Jazzy.

Doyin told Wizkid to stop chasing clout on the Internet and focus on releasing songs.

She went on to berate the Grammy Awards winner for attacking and disrespecting Don Jazzy..

Speaking via her verified social media
page, she wrote: “Don Jazzy is still the JayZ of the Nigerian music industry. If you try to disrespect him, it just shows your head is not correct. No be to dey chase clout, drop hit!”

Similarly, another BBNaija reality star and media personality, Natacha Akide, popularly known as Tacha warned Wizkid that any slander or disrespect towards Don Jazzy won’t be tolerated.

Speaking in a video message shared via her social media, she noted that Don Jazzy has made significant impacts on the Nigerian music industry.

She further claimed that without the record label boss, half of the Afrobeats industry won’t exist.

Tacha said: “No Don Jazzy slander will be tolerated. Don Jazzy’s impacts on the entertainment industry can never be overemphasised.

“If you have to take off Don Jazzy’s inputs on the industry, that would be you taking half of Afrobeats away. Because who would you be listening to? Don Jazzy has grown a lot of global superstars.

“This is somebody that doesn’t restrict himself to the music industry alone. Don Jazzy is there for everybody regardless of their status.”
