English Premier League leaders, Arsenal, failed to take full advantage of Chelsea being reduced to 10 men in a league clash at Stamford Bridge on Sunday night, as they were held to a 1-1 draw.
The Gunners were outplayed for most of the first half despite a couple of decent chances created by their stand-in captain, Bukayo Saka.
Chelsea midfielder, Moises Caicedo, was, however, sent off in the 38th minute for a crude foul on Mikel Merino that caught the midfielder on his ankle.

Despite Caicedo’s dismissal, it was the Blues that took the lead in the 48th minute when Trevoh Chalobah scored from Reece James’ corner kick.
Merino thereafter levelled the scores for the visitors in the 59th minute with a close-range header from Bukayo Saka’s cross.
With the draw, Arsenal are five points clear of second-placed Manchester City, who beat Newcastle on Saturday, and sit six points above third-placed Chelsea.
