Sudan coach, Kwesi Appiah, has suggested that Nigeria’s Home-based Super Eagles were annihilated in their second group game at the ongoing CAF African Nations Championship (CHAN), because they lacked a good coach.
He made this known on Tuesday night after his team defeated the West African giants 4-0.
The Home Eagles fell behind 25 minutes into the encounter when Leonard Ngenege put the ball into his own net.
Walieldin Khidir then made it 2-0 from the penalty spot after Sudan were awarded a spot-kick one minute before the break.

A brace from Abdel Raouf Yagoub in the second half of the match capped the humiliating defeat suffered by Eric Chelle’s men.
Nigeria with the second straight loss at the competition are effective out of the competition.
Speaking after defeating the Home Eagles, Appiah said he expected his team to win, but not by a four-goal margin.
“The Nigerian team is not bad,” Appiah told reporters.
“They just need better coaching.
“I wasn’t expecting that scoreline. I knew we could beat Nigeria but not [4-0].”
