United States President, Donald Trump has failed to secure the nod of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals to allow his  administration’s ban on birthright citizenship to take effect from Wednesday.

Prior to this development, several district courts in the United States had previously blocked the executive order signed by the 47th US president, prompting the Trump govt to file for emergency relief earlier this month.
