Aiyedatiwa celebrates Oluremi Tinubu at 66, hails First Lady’s commitment to national development

Ondo State Governor, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, has joined Nigerians and other well-wishers to celebrate the First Lady of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, on the occasion of her birthday.
In a goodwill message issued to mark the occasion, Governor Aiyedatiwa, on behalf of the government and people of Ondo State, described Senator Tinubu as a pillar of strength and an exemplary woman whose life has been marked by compassion, wisdom and dedication to public service.
The governor commended the First Lady for her contributions to the development of the country, particularly her commitment to women and youth empowerment, national unity and humanitarian initiatives through the Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI) and other programmes.
According to Aiyedatiwa, Senator Tinubu has remained an inspiration to women across the country, having demonstrated consistency in public service from her years in the National Assembly to her current role as Nigeria’s First Lady.
He said her interventions through various initiatives had continued to complement the efforts of the Federal Government in addressing issues affecting vulnerable groups and promoting opportunities for women and young Nigerians.
“Your Excellency, you have been a pillar of strength and a shining example of compassion, wisdom and motherly grace,” Aiyedatiwa said.
He added that the First Lady had remained “an inspiration to women across Nigeria and a worthy partner” to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the task of building a better country.
The Ondo governor also commended her for supporting the President’s administration and contributing to efforts aimed at advancing national development.
He prayed to God Almighty to grant Senator Tinubu long life, excellent health and greater wisdom to enable her continue her service to the nation and support for the President.
“On behalf of the Government and the good people of Ondo State, I heartily felicitate with our beloved First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Her Excellency, Distinguished Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON, on the occasion of her birthday,” he said.
Aiyedatiwa wished the First Lady continued strength and fulfilment as she marks another year, while expressing appreciation for her service to Nigeria.
“Happy Birthday, Ma!” the governor added.
