Again, Buhari frowns at insecurity, plans to overhaul security architecture

The National Security Adviser, Major General Babagana Monguno (retd.), on Tuesday, said President Muhammadu Buhari has again expressed his dissatisfaction over the worsening security situation in the country.

He said Buhari was, therefore, planning an overhaul of the nation’s security architecture.

Monguno disclosed this while briefing State House Correspondents on the outcome of the meeting of the National Security Council presided over by the President.

The President, according to the NSA, reaffirmed his last marching orders to the nation’s security chiefs that their best effort was not good enough.
